ABOUT ME
I first started my journey at 15. I got introduced to the gym and absolutely fell in love at first glance. The buzz of a session and the buzz for hitting bigger lifts every week was great!
I then went on to study my level 2 fitness instructor qualification at 16 years old. Qualified within 10 week and then started up my own fitness classes, consisting of; Circuits and HIIT.
Following the love for my sport, I went to college to study NQ Fitness, Health and Exercise and HND Fitness, Health and Exercise. This took a total of 4 years all together. I was then a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Through my journey, I picked up a Boxercise Instructor and FatBurn Extreme Instructor qualification too. I have worked with football teams, sports clubs, additional needs students and school children.
I took up boxing for a number of years and fell in love with exercise all over again. I have tried football, running, gymnastics... but my love always came back for weight lifting.
I love to teach people. I love to make people feel good in there own skin, that’s what the job really is!
