Holli I honestly feel the best I’ve ever felt. The scales just kept going down every week, my body shape continued to change and I could see parts of my body building more muscle, over all just genuinely feeling so much better in myself, and STRONGER 🥳🥰 Hit over 100kg hip thrust and leg press this week! I was struggling to do 20/30kg on the hip thrust machine at the start 🥴🥴 it just shows you , when you look at other people ahead of you and think how can they do that?
